FAQ
1.How do I place order?
Orders must be place at least 3 days in advance. We bake fresh daily, made-to-order. Please click on the menu section and place your order from there.
2. Do you do delivery?
Our base is in Eco Grandeur Puncak Alam if you wish to self pick-up.
However we understand our location is far from KL-PJ so we do provide delivery service with minimal charge using third party delivery service. You can see the rates at 'checkout'.
3. How long the cake can last?
All cakes are best eaten within 3 days after pick up. However, it can last up to one week in the fridge. Please wrap with two layers of cling film or put inside air-tight container before storing in the fridge to keep the cake fresh. As for cheesecakes, you can keep in the freezer up to a month if properly wrap with aluminum foil. All cookies must be kept in air-tight container in room temperature. Kindly read the card included in the box for storage instructions.
4. Am I allowed to cancel my order?
No cancellation once order is confirmed. You may change with other menu or the money will be carried forward for future purchases.
Yes all of the ingredients used are 100% keto-compliant. After experimenting few times we managed to find the right tune for the recipe that is so delicious like the regular version.
